Data we collect
Through the "Request a demo" form: name, company, email address, phone, country and message. For security and abuse prevention we also record the IP address, date and browser used.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used only to answer your request and present IzykBuild (pre-contractual steps at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to protect the site against spam (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention
Requests are kept only for as long as needed to answer them and follow up on the business relationship, then deleted. Technical security data is kept for a limited period, then deleted.
Recipients and hosting
Data is only accessible to the IzykBuild team and is never sold or shared. It is stored on a server rented from Hostinger International Ltd.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies or analytics tools. Only your language preference is saved in your browser (local storage), without identifying you.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, email contact@izykbuild.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, such as the CNIL in France (www.cnil.fr).
